將打發好的蛋白霜,分兩次加入步驟3拌勻

麵糊倒入模型中,輕敲兩下,放進水波爐內

按下手動烤箱,預熱170℃,設定時間30分鐘,按下加熱/啟動按鈕。
出爐後輕敲模型,並倒扣放涼30分鐘。
